Estate Surveyor at Dapo Okeowo and co

Dapo Okeowo and Company is a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers registered to carry out the business of Estate Surveying and Valuation in Nigeria. We currently require an experienced Estate Surveyor with a minimum of at least 5 years post graduation experience to work in our office which is located in Lagos.

Person Specification/Requirements and Responsibilities.

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Estate Management
• 5 years minimum experience in an Estate Surveying and Valuation Firm
• Must have a leadership skill.
• Proven experience in Real Estate brokerage, Assets Valuation and Property Management.
• Experience writing accurate and detailed valuation reports
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people
• Diligent and pro-active
• Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills
• Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
• Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
• Ability to drive.
