    Executive Assistant to the CEO

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings to optimize time and resources.
    • Handle all correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO, promptly and professionally prioritizing and responding to inquiries.
    • Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion in managing sensitive information and communications.
    • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Assist in arranging travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing comprehensive itineraries.
    • Conduct research, gather data, and compile reports as requested by the CEO to aid decision-making and planning processes.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and deadlines with the CEO's objectives.
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support, such as filing, record-keeping, and expense management, to streamline the CEO's workflow.
    • Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address issues to enhance productivity and efficiency.

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a professional and courteous demeanor.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling information and documentation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive information and matters.

    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive and resourceful with a solution-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in using office productivity software and tools.
