Job Summary

• We are seeking an Executive Driver is a professional responsible for safely and efficiently transporting high-level executives, senior management, or prominent individuals to their destinations.
• The role demands exceptional driving skills, a high level of discretion, and excellent customer service to cater to the needs and preferences of the passengers

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the executive to and from various destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Maintain a strong focus on safety and ensure the passengers' security throughout the journey.
• Plan and research the best routes to reach destinations promptly, considering factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and alternate routes to avoid delays.
• Regularly inspect the vehicle to ensure it is in excellent condition, report any issues or maintenance needs promptly, and keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.
• Always be punctual and ready to pick up the executive at scheduled times
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards the executive and other passengers
• Be prepared to handle emergency situations calmly and responsibly, ensuring the safety of the executive and others in the vicinity

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
• Proven experience as an executive or personal driver, preferably for high-level executives or prominent individuals.
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
• Exceptional driving skills, with the ability to handle various road and weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, displaying a professional and respectful demeanor.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and travel plans.
• Physical fitness and ability to assist with luggage or other tasks as required.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is a plus.
