REQUIREMENTS

A.    GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be a university or polytechnic graduate

Not older than 40 years by 31st December, 2021

B.    RESPONSIBILITIES

• Applicants must have banking or insurance working experience.
• Applicant must possess not less than 5years cumulative experience in banking or insurance industry with Marketing or Business development functions.
• To prepare strategic marketing initiatives and advise the management accordingly.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and blog that attracts and converts to the target groups.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
• Execute marketing and PR events e.g. webinars, conferences, promotional gift distribution etc.
• Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous knowledge of handling, managing and supervising reasonable number of staff while in employment.
• Good knowledge of client’s management would be an advantage.
• Applicant must possess good experience in office management, strategic business development and strong business acumen.
