Experienced Hotel Chef and Cook at PG Consulting Limited

Our client, a medium-sized modern hotel on the mainland is looking for experienced CHEFs and COOKs to add to its kitchen team due to growing service requirements.

The ideal candidates must have the following:

CHEFs

• Minimum of 3 years’ Experience as a Chef
• Preferably a Graduate but minimum of OND or SSCE.
• A good understanding of Recipes and Following Recipes
•  A wide ability for both Local and Continental Delicacies
• Ability to develop new and unique recipes and dishes
• High level of Hygiene and Cleanliness
• Wonderful Customer Service Skills
• Evidence of Training and Certifications in

Salary Range

N70,000 – N120,000

COOKs

• Minimum of 3 years’ Experience as a Cook
•  Minimum educational qualification - SSCE.
•  Ability to follow recipe specifications
• A wide ability for both Local and Continental Delicacies
• High level of Hygiene and Cleanliness
• Wonderful Customer Service Skills

Salary Range

N40,000 – N80,000
