Requirements

• Filing and maintaining records for easy retrieval.
• Generating  invoice and waybills to our internal and external customers.
• Petty cash management, disbursement and reporting.
• Generating payments vouchers.
• Stock management, stock taking, track processing activities, analyze stock     movement and reporting.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Bookkeeping to ensure sales, purchases, expenses and any other records are up to date in SAGE system.
• Tax management and filing.
• Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and     cash flow.
• Conducting internal audits such as system compliance and project  spending.
