    Financial Reporting Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Policies and Procedures:

    • Design business processes which ensure that key business risks are identified and appropriately managed.
    • Develop policies and procedures related to ensure eective and ecient group reporting operations.

    Financial Reporting and Treasury Operations:

    • Responsible for the integrity of account balances reported in financial statements, entity and group levels.
    • Responsible for group accounting, reconciliation, and analytical activities.

    Cash Flow Planning:

    • Collaborates with FP&A to review cash flow plans, and reviews the cash flow report to ensure that there are sucient funds available to meet operational requirements, recommending adjustments to scheduled payments or the redeeming of investments to ensure adequate funds.
    • Manage accounts receivables and payables to ensure net cash flow and funding requirements are well understood and managed, with objective of attaining positive net cash flow
    • Monitors and reports on oce liquidity levels and policy/procedural compliance.

    Budgeting and Procurement:

    • Provides information on & set up procurement policies that match group objectives and contributes to budget development in liaison with the Financial Planning & Analysis team.
    • Building strong internal control processes around accuracy and integrity of management reports and board packs.

    Group Financial Reporting:

    • Coordinate the company’s group reporting process, which includes entity level BS reconciliations, full month end, variance analysis with valuable commentaries that reflect financial impacts of significant business change or plans.
    • Lead the consolidation of the group accounts and due diligence eorts related to the company’s acquisition, fundraising, and/or investment activities.
    • Relationship Management and Account Administration
    • Responsible for the issuance of payment instruments by cheque, international wire, electronic funds transfer, and automated clearing house.
    • Responsible for maintaining payment service standards and a payment issuance calendar to manage stakeholders expectations.

    Others:

    •  Keep up-to-date with relevant trends and practices within the tech industry.
    •  Apply and promote SeamlessHR culture and core values at all times.
    •  Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed

    Essential    

    • Educated to degree level or equivalent with a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)
    • An individual with practice background is preferred
    • Experience of working in a start-up (nice to have)
    • Experience working at Executive and Board level in terms of report writing and presentations
    • Developing detailed financial reports and forecasts in a complex environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong attention to details
    • Organised and able to lead a team and organise the teams’ workload
    • Proactive and positive change agent
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with ability to think independently and draw conclusions
    • A team player who can work with stakeholders in other functions to achieve objectives
