Fine Art Teacher at TAAS College

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field.
• Proven experience as an art teacher or in a similar creative role.
• Must be tech-oriented and savvy, with a strong ability to incorporate digital tools into art education (e.g., using digital drawing tools, online resources, etc.).
• Familiarity with various art techniques and mediums, as well as current trends in the art world.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Ability to create a supportive and positive classroom environment that encourages artistic exploration.

Location Requirement:

• The candidate must be a resident of Ibadan, or willing to relocate to Ibadan to be in close proximity to the school.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital art platforms and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other graphic design software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse classroom with students of various skill levels.
• Passionate about inspiring students to develop their own artistic voice and confidence.
