Frontend Developer Intern 

Technify Incubator ( https://technifyincubator.com/ ) a tech startup is looking for frontend engineer interns with a keen eye for design. Successful candidates will have a minimum of six months of recent experience with all of the skills listed below.

You are willing to work in teams alongside back-end developers, graphic designers, and user experience designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

NB: The internship is unpaid and is for a period of 3 months then will be reviewed after

Responsibilities

• Determining the structure and design of web pages.

• Ensuring user experience determines design choices.

• Developing features to enhance the user experience.

• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.

• Ensuring design is optimized for smartphones.

• Building reusable code for future use.

• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.

• Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.

Skills

• Degree in computer science or related field.

• Understanding of key design principles.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and, VueJS.

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

• Understanding of SEO principles.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with Git 

• Appreciation for clean and well-documented code

• Willing to learn and improve

Key Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• You have some experience in frontend development 

• You pay strong attention to detail and are willing to deliver high-quality code in a timely manner.

• Own a good working PC
