    Fulfilment Manager

    Full job description

    • As the Fulfilment Manager, you’re expected to record new stock as its delivered and shipped out.
    • Your duties include recording daily deliveries, evaluating new shipments, dispatching orders and recording them as they move, fulfilling shop supplies and general supplies across the organisation sourcing logistics companies, and analyzing different supplies.

    Your job description are as follows:

    • Managing the order fulfilment process including order entry, administration, and shipping.
    • Overseeing the order tracking process and ensuring orders are processed in accordance with the organization's customer service standards.
    • Overseeing the logistics of orders requested by customers
    • Providing input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
    • Filling stock cards to monitor stock that come in and go out including POSMs and general office supplies
    • Coming up with new innovative ideas that adds value to the role
    • Cross checking POS materials and ensure to notify the management when it’s running out
    • Ensuring that promos on the website and sales software are constantly updated and reports are sent at intervals
    • Checking returned invoices after delivery to ensure zero errors or adjust returns.
    • Examining the levels of supplies to determine shortages.

    This role requires you to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
    • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
    • Must have at least 2 years retail experience
    • Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
    • Ability to learn fast and work with little or no supervision
    • A proactive, innovative and analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
    • Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
