    Global E-Commerce Manager

    The Global eCommerce Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing campaigns, as well as analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities. They will also handle any other tasks assigned by Superiors /Blewbo as the need arises.

    Objectives and Responsibilities of this Role

    • In charge of site analytics and promotional testing to increase e-commerce KPIs on Blewbo’s/clients behalf.
    • Increase online visibility from both branded and non-branded sources by 74% by utilizing site optimization and third-party marketing initiatives.
    • To increase customer base and raise brand exposure, administer SEO strategy and initiatives.
    • Organize social media and affiliate partnerships with well-known influencers to reach a desirable target group of people between the ages of 18 and 40.
    • Required to bring and promote the products of small, environmentally concerned firms, affiliate agreements were negotiated.

    • Upgrade and streamline online product offers with ethical, sustainable brands, research online market trends and specialists.
    • Monitor the offered products, marketing, and product pages to guarantee maximum sales with appropriately advertised goods.
    • To guarantee that eye-catching product photographs are put on the website, work directly with contractual merchants, warehouses, and marketing.
    • Create an online brand image by leading a team of Copywriters, Content Writers and all personnel in social media.
    • Overall accountability for optimizing revenue and profit from Blewbo’s/ Clients products through online sales in order to meet department budget goals.
    • Establishes cooperative working relationships with coworkers, employees, and outside vendors to ensure that e-commerce runs smoothly.
    • Focuses on continual improvement while implementing and maintaining systems to increase efficiency in manufacturing, sales, customer service, and the acceptance and administration of store resources.
    • Create a high-performing, data-driven team to optimize the value of produced and purchased goods shipped to online retailers while ensuring that the team meets all necessary production targets without sacrificing work quality.
    • Recruits, develops, and trains personnel of the e-commerce team.
    • Does further relevant tasks as required.
