    Growth Marketing Manager

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an Innovative and results-driven growth marketing Manager with extensive years of professional experience in developing and executing successful growth strategies to join our team.

    Responsibilities

    • Facilitate and implement a growth marketing strategy to increase the company’s monthly revenue.
    • Develop and implement detailed marketing initiatives every month to drive business growth which will result to increase in revenue.
    • Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
    • Define and refine our market positioning, targeting, and segmentation strategies to effectively reach and engage a diverse range of online Customers
    • Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns that encompass digital, social, and traditional channels, and utilize data-driven insights to continually optimize performance.
    • Crafting and refining marketing strategies that leverage the unique features of our online store platform to attract, convert, and retain customers.
    • Staying ahead of industry trends, and customer preferences to proactively adapt marketing strategies.
    • Analyzing and interpreting data to measure the success of marketing campaigns, making real-time adjustments to optimize results.
    • Identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities to enhance brand exposure.
    • Contributing to the overall growth and direction of the company by providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
    • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
    • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
    • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
    • Set up and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the campaign’s success.
    • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
    • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
    • Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
    • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
    • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
    • Devise innovative growth strategies.
    • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics.
    • Proven working experience as Growth Marketing Manager.
    • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
    • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
    • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
    • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
    • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
    • Outstanding communication skills.
    • Up-to-date withthe latest trends and marketing best practices.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or a Master's Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience in Sales & Marketing.
    • Experience in the skincare / self care & lifestyle sector is a plus!
