Guest Relations Supervisor at Hotel Capitol

Key responsibilities:

• Previous experience as an hotel front desk is compulsory
• Proactively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their stay, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
• Supervise the Guest Relations team, ensuring they deliver personalized service and uphold the hotel's standards
• Handle guest complaints and concerns effectively, finding swift and satisfactory solutions to maintain guest satisfaction
• Previous experience in a guest relations or front desk supervisory role, preferably within the Hotel sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience in supervising and motivating a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
