Head, Compliance Department

• Graduate of Law, Accounting, Business Administration or related courses.
• Develop and implement company policies and regulations.
• Oversee all business operations relating to compliance of both Pencom and Company policies and procedures.
• Ability to design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of Pencom and Company rules and policies.
• Coordinate with different departmental managers to review all departmental compliance policies.
• Result oriented person with focus on time management and proficiency in report writing.

Qualification

• Certificate of National Service, Exemption or Exclusion.
• Possession of a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience of which at least 8 years must have been in the financial sector and 4 years in top/senior management positions.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, Proficiency in spoken and written English Language. Business decision mindset, Conflict resolution skill, Managerial competencies and Team playing skill.
