• A graduate with numeric background and very conversant with numbers.
• Experienced in account reconciliation and schedule management of private organisations as well as MDA/IPPIS.
• Ability to prepare monthly IPPIS report to office of the Accountant General of the Federation and PENCOM
• Conflict resolution skills and ability to negotiate on service level agreements with third parties.
• Must be result oriented with focus on time management and report writing skills.
• Ability to generate the quarterly RSA Statements of active PINs
• Excellent book/record keeping ability.
• Must have be able to do daily upload, synchronization and authorization of contributions into FUNDFUSION PFA Manager

Qualification

• Possession of a minimum of first degree or its equivalent in numerate or semi-numerate disciplines such as actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics, accounting, economics, banking, finance, insurance, law and business studies.
• Certificate of National Service, Exemption or Exclusion.
• Possession of a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience of which at least 8 years must have been in the financial sector and 4 years in top/senior management positions.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, Proficiency in spoken and written English Language. Business decision mindset, Conflict resolution skill, Managerial competencies and Team playing skill
