    Head of Consumer Business

    We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced business leader to lead our direct-to-consumer offerings as Head of Consumer Business. In this pivotal role, you will drive our direct-to-consumer healthcare plans for our global customer base, charting a course for market success, generating leads, ensuring competitiveness, and achieving ambitious sales targets. To be successful at this role, you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. 

    As Head of the Consumer Business, you will be required to: 

    • Develop a compelling vision and strategy for our retail products, informed by in-depth market search, user needs, and competitive analysis. 
    • Define and align meaningful objectives and key results (OKRs), owning the consumer business' P&L and driving towards profitability. 
    • Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities to expand our retail business and drive sustainable growth. 
    • Build and lead a high-performing team to executive the B2C strategy, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support to achieve objectives. 
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. 
    • Be the expert in knowing who your customer is, ensuring our products effectively address their challenges and enhance their experience. 
    • Take ultimate responsibility for refining and optimizing our product offerings to ensure they resonate with the market and deliver tangible value. 

    Requirements

    • Experience in product marketing or consumer-oriented product management is a must. 
    • Experience working in healthcare is a plus, not a must. 
    • Knowledge of how to use market research to inform strategic initiatives, ensuring decisions are grounded in data and aligned with organizational objectives. 
    • Owned and managed P&L, demonstrating strong accountability in driving business performance. 
    • Proficiency in using data to inform decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and estimate the impact of new strategies. 
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies. 
    • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for solving real problems. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
