Job Description

• Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive credit risk policies and procedures.
• Lead the credit assessment process , establishing and maintaining robust leading criteria.
• Oversee portfolio monitoring and analysis, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Manage regulatory reporting and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Build and motivate a high-performing credit risk team, fostering a culture of risk awareness and responsible decision making.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must have at least 4 years experience in credit risk and portfolio management in a CBN licensed financial institution.
• Candidate must have experience in credit and financial analysis.
• Professional qualifications such as MCP,credit risk management certifications will be an added advantage.
• Teamwork and Leadership skills
• Candidate must reside in lagos.
