    HR Admin/Supervisory Officer

    Job Summary

    Our client, a leading manufacturer of LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE bags and rolls including Pure Water Rolls, Yogurt Rolls, Shrink Wrapping Rolls and Bags, Mattress Liners, Jumbo Liners, Pallet Liners, Shopping Bags, and other industrial nylon products, is currently seeking a smart, organized, and experienced HR Admin/Supervisory Officer for immediate employment.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, supervising staff activities, supporting HR functions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organization. The candidate must possess strong leadership, people-management, and organizational skills, especially within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily administrative and operational activities
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
    • Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and workplace coordination
    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Coordinate office administration and facility management
    • Prepare reports, schedules, and operational updates
    • Assist management in staff welfare, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution
    • Ensure effective communication between management and staff

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
    • Proven experience in HR, Administration, or Supervisory role
    • Good knowledge of HR processes and administrative operations
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage

    Salary

    • ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 Monthly
