    HR Consultant

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Consultant to join our client, a leading HR consulting firm based in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in and passion for human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide strategic HR solutions to a diverse clientele. This role offers a hybrid work mode, combining both remote and on-site work for flexibility and work-life balance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Conduct comprehensive HR audits and develop actionable plans to address identified gaps.
    • Design and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
    • Provide guidance on talent acquisition, management, and retention strategies.
    • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
    • Advise clients on compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Facilitate organizational change and development initiatives.
    • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
    • Prepare and present detailed reports on HR activities and outcomes to clients.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge HR solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in from an accredited University.
    • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting or relevant professional role.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
