    Human Resource Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes to attract, develop, and retain talent.
    • Advise management on business improvement and transformation initiatives.
    • Ensure regulatory compliance and foster a positive work culture.
    • Collaborate with managers to achieve corporate goals.

    Key Duties:

    • Align HR strategy with business goals.
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
    • Conduct employee satisfaction assessments (eNPS).
    • Maintain HRIS for streamlined processes.
    • Manage succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Address employee-related issues and ensure compliance with labor laws.
    • Analyze HR data to improve policies and practices.
    • Conduct exit procedures and report findings.
    • Facilitate change programs and support cultural development.
    • Conduct compensation and benefits surveys.
    • Manage HR budget efficiently.

    Requirements

    • Degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, or related field.
    • Certification from CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.
    • Master’s in HR Management or MBA is a plus.
    • 15+ years of HR experience, preferably in OIL AND GAS.(VERY IMPORTANT)
    • Proven HR strategy development and implementation skills.
    • Strong understanding of indigenous business needs.
