    Human Resource/Office Manager

    Job Submmary:

    The Human Resources/Office Manager will play a dual role in overseeing the day-to-day HR operations and managing the office to ensure the smooth running of all business activities. This individual will be a strategic partner in managing talent, driving employee engagement, and fostering a positive company culture, while also ensuring that the office operates efficiently.

    • Human Resources Management:
      • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
      • Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
      • Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and mediate conflicts when necessary.
      • Manage performance appraisals and employee development programs.
      • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
      • Administer payroll, benefits, and employee welfare programs.
      • Support department heads and supervisors in managing their teams.
      • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
      • Implement strategies to improve overall employee productivity and morale.
    • Office Management:
      • Oversee office operations, including facilities management and office supplies.
      • Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications.
      • Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
      • Maintain a safe and secure working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
    • Membership of CIPM
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and office management.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and general office management tools.
