IMS Supervisor at JMG

Responsibilities

• Assistance to process manager for writing procedure and policy with approved flowcharts.
• Manage document library for company procedures and policies.
• Determining the organization’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Learning and studying the organization’s policy and guidelines.
• Perform audits as per schedule and plan.
• Prepare audit reports and share with stakeholders with identified gaps.
• Get an update on gaps from division head and submit final report to Management for review.
• Promoting ethics and identifying improper conduct within the company.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, and Environment or related field.
• Min 3-5 years of proven working experience in QHSE-related roles. ISPoN Level 3 certificate is required. ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018 Internal and/or Lead Auditor Certificates, and NEBOSH IGC would be added advantage.
• Experience in Industrial/Manufacturing and a unionized environment would also be an added advantage.
