    Insurance Field Sales Agent

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Present, promote and sell the insurance package using solid arguments to prospective businesses.
    • Provide customers with information about the company.
    • Generate revenue for the company.
    • Attend team meetings and training based on request.
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
    • Transfer/escalate complaints to the appropriate unit.
    • Contribute meaningfully to the team’s financial target.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma/OND//NCE/HND/BSc.
    • Ability to generate leads and also cross sell
    • Passion for sales and marketing.
    • Sales target driven
    • Good Communications and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to speak fluently, good presentation skills and good product knowledge.
