    Inventory Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the inventory team, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management. This role involves supervising inventory control processes, conducting regular stock audits, coordinating with other departments, and implementing procedures to optimize inventory accuracy and availability. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inventory Control: Oversee daily inventory activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory items.
    • Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to verify stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and ensure timely data entry and updates.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement & facility managers to ensure adequate stock levels and timely fulfillment of orders.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present inventory reports, highlighting key metrics, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.
    • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve inventory-related issues, including discrepancies, shortages, and excess stock.
    • Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory storage area, adhering to safety protocols and standards.

    Requirements:

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent only.

    Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Physical ability to conduct stock counts and manage inventory in warehouse settings.
    • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
