Job Description

• Prepare to generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients or customers.
• Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure that all invoices are properly authorized and approved before processing.
• Maintain and organize billing records and documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivables and ensure timely payment processing.
• Generate reports and analyze data related to billings and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billings and invoicing.
• Stay up to date with changes in billings and invoicing regulations and laws.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new invoicing procedures and systems.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the organization.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and issues that require action.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow.

Knowledge
Sound numeric skills:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 4 - 5 years work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry
• Proficient in Excel and other financial applications and accounting software.
