    IT Change Analyst

    Brief Job Description

    • Review and record requests for change (RFCs)
    • Categorize change requests
    • Prioritize changes according to business objectives
    • Accept or reject RFCs
    • Convene the change advisory board (CAB) meetings.
    • Create and circulate the change schedule
    • Initiate and follow through with the Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) after deployments
    • Maintain all change documentation (policies, procedures, templates, etc.)
    • Produce management reports
    • Identify opportunities for service improvements

    Qualifications

    • HND/BSc in any of the social sciences or related course of study
    • 1-2 years’ experience in related role.

    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
