Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Legal Counsel tjoin our legal team.
• The successful candidate will provide legal support and guidance on fintech-related matters, including regulatory compliance, contract review, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on fintech-related matters, including regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on fintech-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders tensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies tsupport business growth.
• Stay up tdate with changes in Nigerian law and fintech regulations.

Requirements:

• LL. B/B. L degree and membership of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA)
• 4-7 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, with experience in fintech or financial services
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian law, fintech regulations, and contract law
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability twork in a fast-paced environment and adapt tchanging priorities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with international legal frameworks and cross-border transactions
• Familiarity with fintech innovations and emerging trends
• Certification in fintech or financial regulation
