Manufacturing Director, Food Packaging Division at Workforce Group

​​​​​​​Job Summary:

• The division is currently a N6b business/ manufacturing entity with ambitious growth plans. The Division Head serves as the business owner of the entity and is primarily responsible for:
• Designing and developing the business strategy
• Opening up of key accounts
• Overseeing the division’s Profit & Loss and cash flow
• Ensuring smooth running of the factory
• Team Management

Key Criteria:

• 15 - 20 years expereince
• Must be knowledgeable about profit and loss account                                                                          
• Experienced in strategy and business development
• Strong customer management and sales skills
• Experienced in leading a manufacturing business( Food packaging companies/packaging company, or Manufacturing/FMCG company experience is preferred)
• Local and Expatriates (Indian, Asians, Africans); Must have experience working in Nigeria
• Must be self-driven, a problem solver, have an owner’s-mindset, be hungry for business growth                                                                           
• A team player, problem solver, realist communicator, open about issues/challenges            
• Must have strong managerial and leadership skills (Able to set goals & priorities, manage resources effectively and efficiently, delegate, drive accountability and be mindful of team development)
• Must be experienced in establishing systems and process improvements
