Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join a dynamic digital team.
• This role is crucial for developing and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem including integration with other Microsoft products and external systems.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and be adept at designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to improve business processes.
• Support and develop existing apps built on the Power Platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT business analyst to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop custom connectors and integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API management.
• Implement best practices for data security, governance, and compliance within the Power Platform environment.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power Platform applications and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and Power Platform updates to advise on new features and optimization strategies.

Required Technical Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or any related field.
• Proven experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience in integrating various systems and APIs to create cohesive workflow solutions.
• Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Microsoft licensing models.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom UI design in Power Apps.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API management.
