MIS Data Analyst at Fadac Resources

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive network expansion strategy aligned with the company's objectives and growth targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for expansion, new markets, and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to define expansion goals, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Identify and engage potential partners, distributors, and strategic alliances to expand the company's network
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and contracts to ensure alignment of objectives and successful collaboration.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute network expansion projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution and timely implementation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed to ensure project success.
• Maintain regular communication and engagement with partners to foster strong relationships and drive collaboration.
• Conduct performance reviews and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing support and guidance throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on network expansion activities, progress, and outcomes for senior management review.
• Analyze key metrics and KPIs to track the performance and ROI of expansion initiatives.
• Use data-driven insights from MIS to optimize strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Project Management, Building, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, project management, and MIS.
• Proficiency in project management and MIS tools and software.
• Experience in building and managing networks or partnerships within the technology, telecommunications, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and oversee expansion projects.
• ​Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
