    NYSC Interns – Administrative Roles (Utilities, Energy, Telecoms)

    Job Summary

    • We are offering an exciting opportunity for smart and hardworking NYSC members to join our team in administrative roles. If you have a strong academic background and are passionate about contributing to the success of projects in this sector, this is the perfect place to develop your career.
    • As an NYSC intern, you will support the administrative and operational functions of our business.
    • You will work closely with teams across departments, assisting with documentation, coordination, and office management.
    • This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment within the energy and telecommunications industries.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the operations and project teams, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
    • Assist with preparing reports, memos, and other project-related documentation.
    • Support the coordination of project activities such as scheduling meetings, tracking project progress, and managing office supplies.
    • Assist with organizing and managing project documents related to mast installation and fibre implementation.
    • Handle internal and external correspondence, ensuring timely communication between departments.
    • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for ongoing projects.
    • Assist in organizing and managing special projects and events.
    • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Upper Credit (HND) or Second-Class Upper Division (BSc) in any discipline.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn.
    • A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
