Responsibilities

• Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
• Assist in overseeing production processes.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and coordinating with suppliers and tailors.
• Support the organization of events or promotions, both in-store and online.
• Process customer orders, handle returns, and address customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain a neat and visually appealing office space, ensuring a positive brand image.
• Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient operations.
