Operations Assistant at Zenilum Company Limited

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Business Operations Team and the Technical Operations Team.
• Maintain Company’s Information Management System
• Participate in recruitment campaigns
• Participate in the preparation and submission of bids
• Liaise with field technicians and vendors
• Participate in Project Execution

Requirements

• A First Class or 2nd upper degree from an accredited university
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• A minimum of 1 year of corporate experience post NYSC completion
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills
• Good writing skills and an ability to create presentation packages
• Analytical skills and an ability to multitask
• An understanding of logistics processes
• Demonstration of ability to work independently
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized
• Hardworking, confident, and mentally agile
