    Operations Manager (Proptech)

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and meet company objectives in the proptech industry.
    • Lead and mentor a highperforming operations team, ensuring they meet their goals and uphold company standards.
    • Continuously assess and improve operational processes, identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining.
    • Manage and optimize the budget for operations, ensuring costeffectiveness and resource allocation.
    • Ensure that all operations meet legal and regulatory standards and maintain highquality service delivery.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the proptech or real estate technology industry.
    • Strong leadership and management experience, including team development and performance management.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals.
    • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
