Job Summary
Support the Team in ensuring the effectiveness of the Legal service arm of the Company

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure safekeeping and proper management of all files, documents, books etc.
• Monitor calendar, meet deadlines, document actions and update information unto database.
• Service and filing of litigation processes
• Preparation of Agreements (such as Terms of Settlement, Sales Agreement, Deed of Assignment, etc
• Liaise with regulatory bodies on filing of statutory returns.
• Processing of payments for Nigerian Bar Association dues and other subscriptions (such as law pavilion)
• Carry out research on case law and new legislation and summarize findings.
• Assist in the organization of AGMs, Board meetings for the Company and render secretariat services.

Qualifications

• LL. B
• Relevant experience in the field.
• Professional qualification in relevant field will be an added advantage.
