About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Performance Officer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing the organization’s performance by identifying areas for improvement, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of various teams and departments
• Develop and implement performance management systems
• Analyze data and generate reports on organizational performance
• Provide recommendations for process improvements
• Assist in setting performance goals and tracking progress
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize strategies for achieving targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, or similar roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
