Job Summary: 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in extrusion and lamination, ensuring efficient production processes, quality control, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee the production process, ensuring efficient operation of extrusion and lamination machines.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Team Supervision: Manage and lead the production team, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the work environment is safe for all employees.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the production process.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain production reports, logs, and records.
• Coordination: Liaise with other departments such as maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure smooth production operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• ERP and MS Office Use: Utilize MS Office and ERP systems to manage and report production data.

Qualifications:

• HND or Engineering graduate.
• Experience with extruder and lamination machines.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a reputed Indian or multinational company with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
