Job Description

• Reporting to upper management and handling logistics tasks.
• Ensure to Prepare driver details for the client and follow up.
• Ensure overtime sheet is accumulated and communicated to management on time.
• Data entry, database maintenance, and record keeping must be organised.
• Ensure client information is properly recorded in a google sheet for easy tracking.
• Ensure clients booking are made on time and communicated to the necessary vendor.
• Invoices should be prepared, sent to client and printed out after payment for documentation purposes.  
• Answering calls, emails and pass vital messages to clients and vendor.
• Create Contents and post for social media handles.
• Keep track of administrative filing systems.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them accordingly.
• Meetings and Events should be created for networking purposes.
• Manage the employer’s travel arrangements and itineraries.
• As needed, act as a contact between the employer and clients.
• As needed, serve as the employer’s first point of contact.
• Reading and responding to calls, social media, and texts.
• Managing specific budgets and accounts.
• Executing specified projects or activities as directed by the manager.
• Assist the management with all necessary executive and administrative activities.
• Prepare and follow up on log in sheet for drivers.
