• Port Operations Reports (Tally)
• Vessel KPI data update
• NPA follow-up 
• Attend Tincan & Apapa Daily Port meeting
• Attend and monitor port agency for vessel operations 
• Handling of crew repatriation 
• NPA Inspection of holding bays 
• Daily Terminal Berth schedule Reports distribution
• Immigrations and Customs Follow-up
• Monitor Land transportation in SAP
• Daily monitor Business error in system
• Stakeholders meeting.

Requirements

• Tertiary education / Bachelor's Degree in Shipping, Logistics or related disciplines.
• 2-year+ experience in shipping or / and logistics is highly preferred.
• Strong relationship management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
