    Product Manager

    • As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our travel products, ensuring they meet the needs and desires of our customers while driving business growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define and implement the product roadmap for our travel offerings, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify customer pain points, preferences, and emerging trends in the travel industry.
    • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into clear product requirements and user stories.
    • Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and plan product development, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
    • Drive product launches, including working with marketing teams on go-to-market strategies and communication plans.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction metrics, and iterate on the product to improve key metrics.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the travel industry or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Experience working in an agile development environment.
    • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry, including emerging trends and technologies.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent writting skills
