Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager at Halla Gaming Company Limited.
• As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategy for our various gaming products.
• This includes conducting market research, identifying user needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and ensuring the successful launch and ongoing improvement of our games. This role is primarily located in Lagos, Nigeria.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in product management, preferably in the gaming or sports betting industry
• Proficiency in market research, user needs analysis, and defining product roadmaps
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate product strategies and updates
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze user data and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
• Experience with A/B testing and user testing to gather feedback and improve product performance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Passion for the gaming and sports industry is highly desirable
