    Product Marketing Associate

    Role Overview

    • As a Product Marketing Associate at Lothego, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our product.
    • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, attract new users, and support customer retention initiatives.
    • Your creative thinking, strategic mindset, and passion for education and technology will be instrumental in shaping our marketing efforts and contributing to Lothego's growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the Lothego's goals and target audience to drive user acquisition and engagement.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.
    • Build strategic partnerships with educational institutions and companies which would be onboarded as users of Lothego’s digital platform. 
    • Conduct and lead on field marketing efforts to acquire users. 
    • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and education to identify opportunities for innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, strategic partners, and customers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
    • Monitor and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROl).
    • Analytical skills to understand and interpret data trends to make informed business decisions. 
    • Product management skills to develop innovative product marketing strategies for products
    • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
    • Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling marketing materials, including website content, landing pages, ad creatives, and promotional materials.
    • Utilise analytics tools and metrics to track marketing performance, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
    • Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including website content management, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media accounts.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the Ed Tech or technology industry.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successful campaign execution and results.
    • Strong marketing analytics skills to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. 
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches to engage target audiences.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track performance and optimize campaigns.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
