Production/Event Manager at Prixair

We are seeking an Event Production Manager to drive new concepts through execution. We are seeking a passionate and hardworking person with a positive attitude who is highly social, excited about entrepreneurship, and will give 110% on any task given.

This person will be responsible for the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Managing and producing  events/production for the company, as well as  events on behalf of its clients and partners

• Source venues, third-party vendors, and talent for all aspects of event activations

• Build and oversee budget

• Work with internal teams on creative, design, press 

• Create event materials such as run of show timelines, contact lists, deliverables, shot lists, and other documents pertinent for event.

• Manage event planning staff and technical team members on-site with clear roles and responsibilities

• ensure equipments and staff are accounted for

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

About You

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree

• 3-4 years of experience in event management, event planning, and promotions

• Knowledge of national venues and vendors

• Highly collaborative, fostering strong relationships across all parts of the business and must enjoy learning/sharing knowledge

• A high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize

• Creative, curious and entrepreneurial spirit- loves thinking of and executing new ideas

• Passionate about events and care deeply about customer experience

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Able to communicate the brand intelligently, professionally and effectively

• Lives in Abuja

The Budget for this role is 100 - 150k

Events happen mostly weekends, must be willing to work long schedules weekends

Must reside in Abuja
