Project Manager at The Startup Place Limited

Job Summary:

• We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee our projects from conception to completion.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring excellent communication with clients, designers, and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project deliverables meet expectations
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate project updates and changes to stakeholders, including clients, designers, and contractors
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, and change orders
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement project plans
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve project delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the AEC industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• LEED AP or PMP certification a plus
