Quality Assurance Quality Control at Beamco Nigeria Limited

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Implement and maintain an internal quality system designed to ensure continuous efficiency in business activities and compliance with the quality standards.
• Prepare quality documentation procedures, Quality plan, and ITP.
• Good understanding of QAQC Process-NCR, CAPAR, Calibration, testing/inspection.
• Ability to interpret GAD and sectional drawings and codes of rotating equipment.
• Technical ability to use dimensional instruments- micrometer and vernier caliper.

QUALIFICATION:

• Education Background; B. Eng / HND in engineering, or related field
• Years of experience; 5 years
• Certified Required; - ISO 9001 Internal/ Lead Auditor, ASNT Level 2, NACE, CSWIP (Any of the three would be required)
• IT Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, and excellent Excel skills

COMPETENCIES:

• Good understanding of the Quality control process.
• Experience in engineering service includes but is not limited to rotating equipment repairs and assembly, valve, welding and fabrication, electrical, and instrumentation.
• Ability to Interpret engineering/ mechanical drawings, codes, and standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail Oriented: Ability to pay keen attention to details.
• Absolute Team player
