    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Marketer to join our team at Grace View Homes.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing our properties and keeping up with Prospects/Clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities and prospects
    • Proactively maintain communication channels with prospects
    • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns
    • Coordinate the closing of property deals and ensure vital documents are signed and payments received
    • Accompany buyers during visits for the inspection of properties
