Recruitment Intern at Fosad Consulting

Fosad Consulting is urgently currently for a recruitment intern to join the team and assist with driver recruitment

Qualification

• Preferably a male
• Must be active and hardworking
• HND/B.sc in any recognized university
• Candidates must stay around Lekki and its environment (proximity is key)
• At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment as an in-house recruiter

Requirement

• Manage the posting of job vacancies
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for further processing
• Actively search resumes for drivers through various channels to get sufficient candidates
• Fully execute the end-to-end recruitment process including the job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates, and recruitment leadership.
