Remedial / Finishing Engineer at Universal Homes FZE

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site Remedial/Finishing Engineer role located in Alaro City, Epe, Lagos.
• The Remedial/Finishing Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all defects in the structure are corrected.
• The Remedial/Finishing Engineer will identify defects, prepare snags lists, track and manage the progress of snagging works and supervise external contractors as necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction and building maintenance
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to read and understand technical and architectural drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel,Google sheet and any relevant project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 3-4 years experience in the Construction Industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
