Retail Manager at TeamAce Limited

 Job Summary:

The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Create a unique retail experience in line with the company’s brand
• Manage the shop to ensure a creative and inspiring layout, lighting and stock display
• Set annual trading budgets and targets
• Full responsibility for managing the retail trading budget and profit and loss account, monitoring performance against agreed key performance indicators (KPI’s)
• Develop and maintain suitable measures and systems for controlling stock control, to ensure sufficient levels of stock at minimum stock holding and to keep write-off stock to minimum
• Analyze sales figures, interpret trends and forecast future sales volumes in order to maximize profit
• Maximize retail turnover and profit working to grow the business in order to support the company’s ongoing financial viability.

Job Requirements:

• BSc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Retail Manager in luxury industry
• Professional certification will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of the fashion industry
• Standard knowledge on the use of sales software
