Requirements

• Analytical skills and an eye for details.
• Strategic thinking capabilities and capacity to determine and analyse risks at various
• operational level of the organisation.
• Versatile knowledge of the pension market/industry and ability to review and evaluate company procedures and reports in order to identify hidden risks or common issues.
• Coordinate with different departmental managers to review all risk exposures, regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
• Result oriented with focus on time management.
• Proficient in report writing.
• Professional qualifications/Higher degrees would be of added advantage. 

Qualifications

• BSc/BA/HND actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics, accounting, economics, banking, finance, insurance, law and business studies.
• Must have Certificate of National Service, Exemption or Exclusion
• Possession of a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience of which at least 8 years must have been in the financial sector and 4 years in top/senior management positions
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, Proficiency in spoken and written English Language, Business decision 
• mindset, Conflict resolution skill, Managerial competencies and Team playing skill.
